A Taste of Hoi An - 8:00PM Seating x2 Tickets

£90.00
sold out

On 2 March, we’re hosting A Taste of Hoi An, a one-night menu inspired by the street food and home cooking of central Vietnam. Expect bold flavours, fresh herbs, slow broths, and dishes served at a steady pace.

Tickets are £90 for two (£45pp) and must be purchased in pairs. There will be two seatings only, 5:30pm and 8:00pm. The evening includes seven courses and a welcome drink to start.

You’ll begin with a homemade spritz, followed by Goi buoi, a pomelo salad with herbs and “fried shrimp”. Next comes Hoanh thanh chien, “pork” and tomato fried dumplings, and grilled “pork” spring rolls with a spicy soybean dipping sauce. The fourth course is a Banh mi filled with spicy tofu and mushroom and fresh herbs. Then a bowl of “beef” pho with stewed pieces, noodles, herbs and broth. For dessert, Banh chuoi, a baked banana and croissant bread pudding, followed by Vietnamese coffee ice cream with milk foam. You’ll also leave with a few sweets to take home.

Seats are limited. Book early and join us for a different kind of Monday evening at Bonsai.
